IMPULSI trains approximately 300 employees per year! The purpose of all our training is to improve the performance of the employees and to improve the skills of the employees.
Our leadership and management trainings affect both the improvement of the work performance and the raising of the level of our clients. Each training module we offer is carefully developed to meet our client's needs, while integrating our client's corporate culture, vision and philosophy into the training programs.
In developing any training model we offer, we apply an approach to designing and developing curricula based on company needs assessment. Our competency-based training needs assessment process is embedded in every program that is tailored to the client's needs. This means that the results are defined and then measured, thus providing our clients with results they can rely on!
We offer in-classroom training, outdoor or combined form of learning, training programs tailored to the needs, as well as residential training tailored to the needs and requirements of the client. During the Covid-19 Pandemic we have adapted the training modules for online training well accepted by our clients.
