The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is a technique that facilitates group problem solving. This methodology is implemented by a certified trainer using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials and a methodology that deeply analyzes the relations and connections between people, observes the dynamics in the teams from internal and external aspect, researches various hypothetical scenarios for development of organizations, develops employees' awareness as well as their skills and abilities.

During the facilitated meeting, special models are built with the help of LEGO® elements, giving them special meaning through possible scenarios and processes that deepen the understanding of them, sharing important understandings about the teams and the needs of each individual who is part of the team.
