Objective

The aim of this project is to create the learning curricula of a specialization module for vocational education training to become a specialist in hydrogen technician through the collaboration of a VET centre, entrepreneurial experts and experienced research centres. These studies will train professionals to be able to cover the stages of manufacture of an electrolyzer and how to use this knowledge to create a green business.

The Project focuses on HIGH SCHOOLS / VET PROVIDERS, VET STUDENTS, VET TEACHERS

INDIRECT: Transport & energy industry; Associations, Manufacturing companies, research groups.

The project objective will be achieved by:

Training of VET students to acquire technical and business skills to enter the hydrogen market is EU funded Erasmus+ Project.

The aim of this project is to create the learning curricula of a specialization module for vocational education training to become a specialist in hydrogen technician through the collaboration of a VET center, entrepreneurial experts, and experienced research centers. These studies will train professionals to be able to cover the stages of manufacture of an electrolyzer and how to use this knowledge to create a green business.

Therefore, the results developed in the project will allow partners and cooperating educators/assessors as well as other educational institutions to acquire or expand knowledge and competences, and consequently IMPROVE ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATIONAL OFFER for VET students.

Project Tasks

Task 1

Hydrogen Market training needs analysis

• Create a needs analysis of the hydrogen industry and its suppliers

• Analysis of the vocational training centers in order to define their real needs

• Recruit participation for the surveys to carrying out a needs analysis of the hydrogen industry and its suppliers

Task 2

Creation of the training activities tailored to the needs of Hydrogen industry

• Collaborative development of a universal report summarizing the acquired knowledge and good practices

• Create a Curricula for VET learners about Hydrogen Production

• Implementation of the project results into practice and ensuring their durability over time

Task 3

Creation of workshop for making students aware of hydrogen possibilities

• Organize a hydrogen workshop for VET Centers

• Promotion of project products online
