Adult education methodology is used in the trainings prepared and delivered, in order to achieve the goals set by individuals and companies.

Interactive teaching, active learning methods, problem solving as well as the active learning method and constructive feedback are applied.

Techniques from SDI, GENOS, DISC, NLP, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY and GCDF methodology are used in training, mentoring, coaching. Technical aids are used such as LCD projector, TV, computer, Flip-Chart Table, worksheets, materials, LEGO® cubes, SDI profiles and graphs.

The training is led by senior experts with a minimum of 10 years of relevant theoretical and practical experience (each in their own field). Detailed CVs are attached.

The workshops are delivered with techniques of facilitated discussion and coaching, with which each of the participants is put in an active role and in a position to communicate with all other participants. During the training, the participants are given individual and group tasks, for which the trainers give constructive feedback.
