Biljana Velevska

Biljana Velevska runs the company since the 2000 related to consultancy in Management, Organizational Development and Human Resource Management. She is also a Managing Partner at Personal Strengths Macedonia, the area representative of this methodology and tools for Macedonia, Bulgaria ,Kosovo and Albania.

Velevska has extensive experience in project management, counselling, training and analysis with both private and public sectors. She has 18 years experience with in-company projects, especially in the field of Management and Human Resource Management as HR planning, staffing, job planning, job description, recruitment, selection, motivation, training and development needs assessment, curricula development, training delivery, development and implementing performance management systems, compensation system, career development.

Biljana Velevska has a Master in European Management at Europa Institute in Germany. She is a holder of KPI Professional Certificate, SDI (Strengths Development Inventory) facilitator certificate Level I&II, Global Career Development Facilitator certificate for counselor and trainer and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. She has finished the PMP certification training. She is the founder and managing board member at the Macedonian Association of Career Counselors (ASK).

FOUNDER

Natasha Ivanovska

Over 20 years of experience in managerial positions in companies specializing in human resources and personal development, as well as in communications (internal and interpersonal) and corporate (marketing, PR). Formal education - Faculty of Technology in Skopje and postgraduate MBA studies at Sheffield University - City College of Thessaloniki. Working visits to Arizona State University (ASU) in Phoenix, USA, and business visits to companies and organizations in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Ivanovska has completed the specialization in coaching at the program "Art and Science of Coaching" (TASC) which fills the "Gold Standard" of the International Coaching Federation - ICF, at the Ericson Coaching College based in Toronto, Canada.

She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and Trainer (GCDF), Certified Trainer and facilitator of the Personal Strengths and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI). Since 2011 she is a founder and Managing Partner at Personal Strengths Macedonia, the area distributor of Personal Strengths for Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania and Kosovo. Board member and past president of the first Macedonian Association of Career Development Facilitators (ASK).

Katerina Zlatanovska Popova

With 20+ experience in formal and non-formal education, she has expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, coordinating and implementation of different personal development workshops; Team building events and activities for organizations, companies and their employees; Customer Service and Customer care workshops; Communication, conflict resolutions and relationship building programs and trainings; Leadership programs and Human Resources management skills; Program for professional development, skills and competences for different target groups such as soft skills; Career counselling and couching.

Katerina is part of few ERASMUS + projects in partnership with different organizations from Poland, Spain, Cyprus, Turkey, Latvia and Czech Republic. Her personal mission is to empower others to reach their full potential trough personal and professional development and life-long learning and find their IKIGAI.

Katerina Zlatanovska Popova is professional certified career counselor since 2012 and active member of the CSOs for Career Counselors ASK Skopje. She is holder of SDI Facilitator certificate, Point of you coach and HR consultant for Competency based recruitment and selection.

CAREER COUNSELOR, SOFT SKILLS TRAINER, HR CONSULTANT

Marija Kovacevska

More than 20 years of professional experience in the field of education as a teacher, mentor and adult trainer. Since 2019 she has been certified International VET teacher through SFIVET (The Swiss Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training). Impressive experience in creating programs, materials and training tools, aimed at planning and implementing an active methodology, building transferable skills, connecting VET with the labor market, building the capacity of organizations, career counseling, etc. As an internationally certified career GCDF - Global Career Development Facilitator, since 2012 actively conducts career counseling, professional orientation and employment skills building for students, young unemployed and vulnerable categories of citizens. In her diverse range of experienc she had a role of business mentor of small enterprises using modern tools and techniques for development of organizations and building effective working relationships within the companies. Marija is Certified Strengths Deployment Inventory Facilitator. A key goal in her dedicated work is to increase the capacities of young people and women and to help them develop employment and self-employment skills, as well as to contribute to increasing economic and business development. She builds her own professional capacities through continuous trainings in the country and abroad (Switzerland, England, Ireland, Spain, Croatia, Poland).
